GBUnclear instructions for first-time user… Unclear instructions for first-time user on how to use QR code. Didn't understand that I needed to use it upon ENTRY. I took a ticket instead....so I ended up paying over twice for parking.

GBGo with this garage Lowest priced downtown garage I could find with in and out service over the 3 days we were in Chicago. It was in a great location, a couple blocks from our hotel, and next to a bunch of attractions. Easy to scan my QR code I got emailed after ordering online to get in and out. I would definitely use them again.

GBGreat rates especially for longer stays. Buy online before parking I always park here when visiting Chicago. Great rates, purchase online beforehand and you’ll save a lot. Central to the areas I frequent, garages are clean and lit as well as one might expect. Never feel unsafe, but as anywhere these days, be aware of your surroundings.

GBNeeds direction improvement.... It was very hard and confusing to find this place! I almost MISSED the event I was downtown for because I couldn't figure out how to get TO the garage! It's a good price but VERY confusing trying to use GPS to get there..... Needs improvement.

GBGrant Park South Garage Saturday April… Grant Park South Garage Saturday April 20th around 3:30 pm Scan QR code to enter when pre paying however onthe way out the wifi wasn’t working on my cell and the older male attendant was incredibly rude and unhelpful, he snickered and shrugged his shoulders while cars were approaching behind mine. The younger male attendant came over once he was done assisting others and assisted me explaining what to do as if this happens on a regular basis. Why not simply add a reminder to the information regarding prepayments to take a screen shot of the code and save it for exiting the garage to get out? A simple solution so that older male attendant can stop being unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
