While visiting the Art Museum While visiting the Art Museum, I parked at Millennium Garage South. I booked a ticket online at a discounted price, and was able to skip the whole validation and pay kiosk. Loved it!

Unclear instructions for first-time user… Unclear instructions for first-time user on how to use QR code. Didn't understand that I needed to use it upon ENTRY. I took a ticket instead....so I ended up paying over twice for parking.

When living out downtown When living out downtown, it is somewhat difficult getting a cheap parking lot. Honestly, it is the second time using the app but is is easy, cheap, and comfortable being parked there. Easy to move wherever you go in downtown.

A couple of questions… At the gate I had a couple of questions because it was my first time and the guy provided answers with a smile. I was also near my destination using this parking lot. I told other friends about it and will be using it more over the summer. Thank you for having this excellent resource for drivers.

Easy Experience It was an easy, fast experience! As soon as my car pulled up it opened. I guess it recognized the license plate.
