Had questions about the items I purchased, called the office and the sale rep answered the questions he could and then provided me with contact info to the manufacturer to help me get the rest of my questions answered. Purchased a Robinair R134a machine and 5 minutes later someone (sorry I can't remember your name) called to make sure I didn't need the oil injection tools (which I did need). I received the injectors 3 days later and the machine arrived 6 days from purchase (including a weekend). Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
