Everything was great except not all… Everything was great except not all shipping charges were added at checkout. After paying $250 for freight shipping I was called later that day and told I needed to pay another $70 because I was having it shipped to a residential address. On the Checkout page they should have it where it asks you if this is a residential address, if so add $70. There are other shipping charges that can be added too that they should ask you about before you completely checkout.

Great staff. I was hesitant at first because it was a large purchase. Elliot and Mario provided all the support and the assurance I was looking for. Very friendly and easygoing. My equipment arrived within the said approximated date. I will definitely buy again from these guys. Ask for discounts, they have pretty good pricing.

Mario was able to answer all my…purchase experience Mario was able to answer all my questions even went above and beyond to get a Robinair rep on the phone to verify his answers. Little while after that when i was placing the order he called and made sure the process was going good for me.

Awesome customer support and honest people! Great communication with AES and contact info for the carrier they used. Everybody I dealt with was very knowledgeable. Shipped quickly and the customer support after the sale is top notch! Bought my 2 post lift a couple months ago and couldn't be happier.
