Received very good customer service… Received very good customer service from Automotive Equipment Specialists. I ordered the wrong diagnostic scanner and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the scanner I wanted. I called and emailed them several times and was either able to speak to someone each time - or if not available my calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of my emails were answered in a timely manner. Great Price, Quick Shipment, and Great Service They provide great pricing, fast shipment, (had the items in 3 days with free shipping), and great customer service. Had questions about the items I purchased, called the office and the sale rep answered the questions he could and then provided me with contact info to the manufacturer to help me get the rest of my questions answered. To me, being honest and not trying to sales pitch me around my questions is great customer service and very rare these days.
