Amazing Experience I called pretty upset yesterday due to a different company and the run around they’ve been giving me, I spoke with Hamilton at Intoxalock. He was professional, helpful, honest, and thorough. He went above and beyond to help me during a super stressful time and made my experience so much easier. This man is amazing! He followed up with me today, scheduled an appointment for me to remove my previous device and get my new one installed. Thank you Hamilton for your outstanding customer service and being so empathetic to my situation.

Liars, crooks The sales associate Adam Eckland was a smooth talker of course he was knowledgeable, professional and patient.But, he lied to me telling me my first payment of 54$ wouldn't be due until 2 weeks after the installation. However, the very next day I had an "overdue balance" of $150...say what ?? He lied and didn't tell me about their installation fee..then he said I could get a hold of him directly through his extension but, I tried the number over and over again...don't like how they ask you for a credit card over the phone almost immediately to pay the $30 fee "to move forward" made me a little uneasy.

Thanks Phil! Not only, the patience, but the honesty and detailed info I received from Phil was amazing! He had the patience to wait on me to look around. He followed up and made sure any questions I had were answered. Not only that, he also helped in coming up with questions to ask the competition. After all that, he did everything in his power to make sure I got a better deal than any other offer I had received. He made the terrible decision i put my self in, so easy to deal with as far as the set up goes. He helped me get an appointment on a day that fit my busy schedule and got me a discount along with it.
