Thus far into the process of obtaining proper paperwork, arranging payment, and having interlock device installed in the next few weeks has been a easy task with Mr. Burke's expert assistance. He has made my unfortunate decision, daunting and complicating process of having device installed and enrolling me with your companies services an actual easy, and straightforward dealing. Our complicated world would be a lot better if such friendly, knowledgeable, and caring employees like Mr. Burke were employed by every company and business! Karlson was one of the best company… Karlson ( I hope I spelled her name right) was one of the best company representatives that I have ever dealt with and I’m 62 years old . She was very , articulate , efficient, informative and a great sense of humor. I can’t say enough good things about your employee. Give her a raise and a promotion. You’ll be glad you did. 10 stars for sure.😊

Called in for a quote and ended up just… Called in for a quote and ended up just doing everything right away. Anthony was VERY informative and professional. Had answers for every question I had and after a few minutes I realized I wasn’t going to get a better price or deal for everything included. Wasn’t going to find better customer service either. I was shopping for new insurance with SR22 and he referred me to their sister company who came in almost $100 a month cheaper than the lowest I found so I killed two birds w one stone with him. Anthony made this process so easy for me. Highly recommend.

So far so good! Anthony Falchi has been so much fun to work with to set up my install So far so good! I had spoken with Tod Shook for services in NC and he was helpful and nice and now am working with Anthony Falchi to set everything in. He has been amazing and made the whole process easy and fun even with my difficult schedule! I was curious and looked through the 1-star reports though, so despite how pleased I am with Anthony setting up my installation, I'm a little nervous about the rest of the year now, lol. Hopefully those were just from other states though, and NC facilities are some of why you all get so many 4 and 5-stars! I understand that there are many operating facilities in several states :) So I'll give it a try!
