Overall satisfaction. I had problems with the payment process and an assistant solved it in a matter of minutes. Then I couldn't find my reservation number and an assistant help me right away and sent a copy of the voucher to my email. Overall, great experience so far.

Teddy in LAX was good guy, Anthony in Las Vegas was nice guy as well Teddy in LAX was good guy, so kind, I can definitely conclude that he is a second father in USA. On the way we suffer a problem that the window on the roof doesn’t close. But the guy in Las Vegas whose name Anthony, helped me so kindly, he is very nice person. I was moved. Next time I came here, I promise you that I use dollar rent-a-car.

Good option for the price The service was quite delayed to pick up the car because of paper work, and the car wasn´t totally clean. However the price was a very good offer and we'd no problems with the car, also they were flexible with the schedule of the reservation
