From what I saw on the screen before making payment, I remember that it said that cancellation was possible without conditions up to 24 hours in advance. However, after making the payment, it says that if I cancel even 24 hours in advance, I will have to pay a 20% penalty. CLOverall satisfaction. I had problems with the payment process and an assistant solved it in a matter of minutes. Then I couldn't find my reservation number and an assistant help me right away and sent a copy of the voucher to my email. Overall, great experience so far.
