Do not trust this site!!! We booked a car rental through this website rentalcarz.com. When we were 3 hours away from the rental, while we were traveling by plane without wifi, they automatically canceled our reservation and when we arrived at the rental office we no longer had our reservation with the huge inconvenience that followed. We requested assistance from the site and although the problem depended on their system, they did nothing to help us. Do not book on this site, use more serious companies. Do not trust this site!!!

Good option for the price The service was quite delayed to pick up the car because of paper work, and the car wasn´t totally clean. However the price was a very good offer and we'd no problems with the car, also they were flexible with the schedule of the reservation

I have problems with Thrifty I have problems with Thrifty, i have paid my full reservation, but my car wasn´t when i arrive to the counter. They said i need to wait for 3 hours for me car. They have other options, by the double of the original price, so, i take another car, because i was so tired
