GBI paid $3,000 for this extended… I paid $3,000 for this extended warranty and when we tried to use it for a repair that was $2,000 nothing was paid except $175 I believe and that was after being on the phone with Omega and General Motors. We had to pay $1875 on that repair. Unfortunately shortly after that the vehicle was back in the shop because the air conditioner wasn’t work and again we had to pay more than we expected to pay but didn’t have the energy to fight again. Will not recommend your service to anyone.

GBMy experience Omega Auto Care has been…great!! My experience Omega Auto Care has been great. I have used the service about three (3) times. The customers service people are really help and will explain the process to you in detail. I have not had to use the service for any major repairs but have use it for the reimbursement for my battery, wipers and I getting ready to submit an email for the recent oil change service. GBFailure to cover The upper an lower radiator hose was not coverd. This should be covered under the $100 deductible. It's part of the cooling system for the engine an transmission. If the cooling system fails then the engine an trans also fail, causing the company an expensive repair bill that could have been prevented.

GBKaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me… Kaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me resolve my issue but I give the adjuster a 1 star. Omega needs to address the rudeness of the adjuster that answered my call she hung up on me and over talked me. Kaitlyn heard me out, understood what I was asking, made sure my issue was resolved and was very kind. She even emailed me if I needed further help. Due to her professionalism I stayed with Omega if I had not reached her I would have NEVER done business with the company again. Thank you Kaitlyn!!

GBI am a faithful Omega customer I am a faithful Omega customer. I’ve had them for the last 8+ years every time I’ve needed them. They have been there for me whether it’s just for maintenance oil changes, windshield wipers, or if it was for a major issue I truly trust and believe in them and they’re not like the others they’re better, thank you Omega for all that you’ve done for me over the years and I will Continue to be a loyal customer.
