GBThe customer service is not open on… The customer service is not open on weekends. That's a inconvenience due to people during the week day. Then it takes up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed for a partial paid maintenance plan. Either it should be free or do not offered it especial for the monthly payment I'm paying for your service. I will be looking for another company that's equal to your coverage for a better price.

GBMy experience Omega Auto Care has been…great!! My experience Omega Auto Care has been great. I have used the service about three (3) times. The customers service people are really help and will explain the process to you in detail. I have not had to use the service for any major repairs but have use it for the reimbursement for my battery, wipers and I getting ready to submit an email for the recent oil change service. GBI was told that I would get some money… I was told that I would get some money back for changing my breaks and haven't gotten any thing back.
