Stellar customer service I was totally amazed with the care I received from this group. I had a blown transmission and from the start when I dropped vehicle off to the finish they were kind, informative and patient. I have suggested them to MANY people and will never take my truck elsewhere for service. Greg was like walking in and an Angel being behind the counter but I called to check on my truck and a mechanic answered he was also kind and courteous!! I am totally grateful to Cottman.

Vacation troubles I was on vacation when my transmission started acting up and Greg went out of his way to get me in and have my truck done in a day. I'm sure he put me in front of other customers, but he made sure I was back on the road as quick as possible. Couldn't have been a nicer group of people to deal with.

My car stop right as the wrench light… My car stop right as the wrench light came on on the dash. Found out it was my harmonic balancer. My harmonic balancer was replaced and my vehicle ran as it was suppose to, but unfortunately, 7 days later my transmission went out.

Great customer service and work! Greg was super and they did a great job! Considering we have used them three times in the last six weeks, transmission, tune up and now with what we thought was an alternator, just the battery though, thanks goodness!! Office personnel is of the highest quality as well as the mechanics that work there!! Very comfortable environment!!!
