The time it took to do the repair was… The time it took to do the repair was longer than spoke of originally. It seems that more business is taking in than they can handle. Also, unaware of when parts could be ordered given an excuse. I never really like companies or people giving excuses.

I can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about Cottmans! They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!

Stellar customer service I was totally amazed with the care I received from this group. I had a blown transmission and from the start when I dropped vehicle off to the finish they were kind, informative and patient. I have suggested them to MANY people and will never take my truck elsewhere for service. Greg was like walking in and an Angel being behind the counter but I called to check on my truck and a mechanic answered he was also kind and courteous!! I am totally grateful to Cottman.

Had issues with transmission shifting… Had issues with transmission shifting rough. Took it to my usual car repair shop. They said to take it to Cottman. After listening to the issue, Cottman recommended changing a sensor first to see if that would work. Did do some other maintenance, too. They helped save me a bundle. The transmission shifts better and didn't have to replace the transmission.

Cottman Replaced the Headlights in my CTS I'm very satisfied with Cottman. It's my1st time using their service and I will return if/when needed. The customer service was helpful and courteous. He order the parts and installed them returning my car to me hours sooner than the time he stated. Equally, important his price was the best out of three estimates. Thank you fellows for great service.
