I can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about Cottmans! They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!

The time it took to do the repair was… The time it took to do the repair was longer than spoke of originally. It seems that more business is taking in than they can handle. Also, unaware of when parts could be ordered given an excuse. I never really like companies or people giving excuses.

Vacation troubles I was on vacation when my transmission started acting up and Greg went out of his way to get me in and have my truck done in a day. I'm sure he put me in front of other customers, but he made sure I was back on the road as quick as possible. Couldn't have been a nicer group of people to deal with.

Great customer service and work! Greg was super and they did a great job! Considering we have used them three times in the last six weeks, transmission, tune up and now with what we thought was an alternator, just the battery though, thanks goodness!!
