Cottman Replaced the Headlights in my CTS I'm very satisfied with Cottman. It's my1st time using their service and I will return if/when needed. The customer service was helpful and courteous. He order the parts and installed them returning my car to me hours sooner than the time he stated. Equally, important his price was the best out of three estimates. My car stop right as the wrench light… My car stop right as the wrench light came on on the dash. Found out it was my harmonic balancer. My harmonic balancer was replaced and my vehicle ran as it was suppose to, but unfortunately, 7 days later my transmission went out.

So good mechanics recommend them. My mechanic sent me to Greg at Cottman because the transmission in my 2013 Rogue, which gave me no trouble for 95,000 miles, went berserk. Turns out Nissan outsourced transmissions in 2013 and I got a CVT loser. Greg and his people are wonderful. Friendly, explained everything, even worked late on a Thursday so I could have the car back for Labor Day weekend. Fair price, much less than dealer for a new transmission. When your CVT acts up, and it might, take it to Cottman on Taylorsville RD. And every 30,000 miles let them do a fluid change to keep it going forever.

I can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about Cottmans! They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!
