GBTotal scam Total scam. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account online. However, the company did not respond and continued to charge me for there services. Do not use them!

GBThis "company" is a SCAM. This "company" is a SCAM. No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

GBThe website worked fine at first then it was completely changed The website worked fine at first, you pay for a month then I canceled the month and was using the letters I had left. Suddenly they have a new website where none of my login information from the previous site works. I have reached out to them, no response. I was able to access the old website but I see my billing has been continued after I canceled it and there is no way to cancel the bill now. This is ridiculous, heading over to my credit card company now to file fraud charges. EDIT: They respond to you via email once your bad review comes in -_- they claim they never received my cancellation request but I definitely canceled. I went onto the old site and there is now no way to cancel your account there you have to email them. What a waste of time.

CACoverler is a great program Coverler is a great program. If you don't like the letter they first generated, you can choose another. I used it to make cover letters and now I am employed. The only thing I would change is I'd like to see an option to cancel right on the app or site rather than have to email. That being said the process was quick when I did send an email.
