Fast way to apply to a few jobs at once I'm the one of Twitter "lucky ones" who got laid off last week and decided to apply to a few competitors right away. The service did a decent job in writing me a custom cover letter for each role. And I ended up saving me like at least an hour of time on edits.

This "company" is a SCAM. This "company" is a SCAM. No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

Not GOOD but good I gave them a 3 because I did not feel the cover letter function worked very well. The cover letters were not unique to the job description or to my resume. In fact, some of the cover letters were written verbatim as per the job description, as if the position was already offered to me. On the flip side, I gave them a 3 because I sent them an email asking for a refund. They responded within 48 hours and a refund was provided the next day.

Fast, Easy and Effective I was amazed at how fast Coverler was able to generate a nice cover letter after I only submitted minimal information. A great time saver!

DONT FALL FOR IT Just like many reviews here have stated, the cancelation process for this service is impossible. I should have been smarter before subbing and looked into them further... this service is a scam, there is no response from their support team, and no option to cancel via self service on their website... its literally a black hole. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO THIS SERVICE! I needed to report this site as fraud to my bank to get out... on top of their shady subscription model, they don't even provide a product, the AI generation they provided was sub par, and primitive, you should instead utilize OpenAI and ChatGPT, it is free, and much much much better than anything this scam of a site would come up with
