This "company" is a SCAM. This "company" is a SCAM. No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

Not GOOD but good I gave them a 3 because I did not feel the cover letter function worked very well. The cover letters were not unique to the job description or to my resume. In fact, some of the cover letters were written verbatim as per the job description, as if the position was already offered to me. On the flip side, I gave them a 3 because I sent them an email asking for a refund. They responded within 48 hours and a refund was provided the next day.

DONT FALL FOR IT Just like many reviews here have stated, the cancelation process for this service is impossible. I should have been smarter before subbing and looked into them further... this service is a scam, there is no response from their support team, and no option to cancel via self service on their website... its literally a black hole. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO THIS SERVICE! I needed to report this site as fraud to my bank to get out... on top of their shady subscription model, they don't even provide a product, the AI generation they provided was sub par, and primitive, you should instead utilize OpenAI and ChatGPT, it is free, and much much much better than anything this scam of a site would come up with

The website worked fine at first then it was completely changed The website worked fine at first, you pay for a month then I canceled the month and was using the letters I had left. Suddenly they have a new website where none of my login information from the previous site works. I have reached out to them, no response. I was able to access the old website but I see my billing has been continued after I canceled it and there is no way to cancel the bill now. This is ridiculous, heading over to my credit card company now to file fraud charges. EDIT: They respond to you via email once your bad review comes in -_- they claim they never received my cancellation request but I definitely canceled. I went onto the old site and there is now no way to cancel your account there you have to email them. What a waste of time.

I created an account and was charged… I created an account and was charged $19.95 for the one week but tried to log into my account to cancel and they cannot locate my account. My email cannot be located. I have the confirm email from setting up the account with the six digit code so I know the account was confirmed. I want to cancel as I am not satisfied with this account. I can't even access my account. I plan to contact my credit card company to report this transaction as a fraudulent charge and a scam. I am thoroughly disgusted with this website and service. I'm am trying to contact them through their contact us but have not been successful.
