Sales person was great Sales person was great, we found a pair of over riding pants to purchase. He took measurements, and we were then told to wait for them to be cut to size. We waited for over 30 min, at that point the tailor finally told us he would not be able to get to them tonight. He could not take 1 minute to cut a straight line. Nor tell us 30 min prior he would not be able to help us. (When he saw us waiting.) Zero communication by staff, great sales person lost a sale due to the tailors lack of effort and communication.

The Only Place You Should Buy Leather This company is amazing! I have bought a couple jackets from them, they ship the same day and I received them within two to three days. I called to confirm sizing and they physically measured each jacket I was considering. We had to return the wife's jacket for a smaller size and the return process was seamless and fast.

The quality and variety of products… The quality and variety of products your store provides is great, although when we were there to purchase some leather products WE felt that the sales person had us fitted and out the door before we actually knew what we even bought. She had the chaps all trimmed and ready to go before we could even ask about pants or other options. We weren't very happy about that but we felt we had to buy them at that point.
