Don’t try for specific, better cars - you’ll arrive in pleasant fashion and that’s enough. Pleasant ride in a clean, nice, Mercedes van. It was overpriced relative to other options for reaching the airport; however, I wanted a clean, timely, and reliable ride...which they achieved. Better than a smelly DiDi that will arrive within 20 minutes of when you want to leave. The quotation and booking process was overwrought. In the end, the differentiation of vehicles and pricing had nothing to do with what took me to the airport anyway. So don’t bother choosing higher priced “executive” options, just choose what they bill as a ‘VW Passat’ and call it a day. Second experience like this, though not with this company, in China.

Very reliable company Very reliable company. Will respond to you immediately anytime you contact them. Very respectful staff. Clearly defines the meeting location for pick up, even sends you pictures of the area. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!

Drivers are hard to find Upon arrival in the arrivals hall, there were many drivers standing along the rail with the signs for their passenger. The China Car Service driver was not there and was not visible anywhere in the arrivals hall. I was forced to try and make an international long distance (expensive) call to locate him. I have experienced this problem more than once in multiple Asian cities. Please better instruct your drivers to put themselves in a highly visible location with a clearly printed name sign. (This problem was fixed on my most recent service.)

Worry free. We booked a transfer from our hotel in Shanghai to Pudong airport along with the VIP concierge meet and greet service. Our very pleasant driver was waiting in the hotel lobby and took our bags.The vehicle was immaculate. The car was met outside departures by the concierge who loaded our bags onto a trolley and took us to a small private waiting area until check in opened. He then escorted us through all the formalities and took us to a lounge. When our boarding time came we were escorted to the gate. We didn't have to handle our luggage from the hotel lobby until baggage reclaim in London. It was so smooth and easy we were very pleased we had used China Car Service and will certainly do so again for any future trips. An excellent, first class service and worth every penny.

Using China Car Service was the easiest… Using China Car Service was the easiest part of our trip. After 20 hours of traveling it was such a relief to see our driver waiting with our name on a sign. Both airport transfers we made with China Car Service were awesome. The communication that they provide was reassuring that we were going to be well taken care of. They were definitely the best method of transportation that we found on our trip. Knowing that we had reliable transportation was such a relief. We will definitely use them on our next trip.
