Using China Car Service was the easiest… Using China Car Service was the easiest part of our trip. After 20 hours of traveling it was such a relief to see our driver waiting with our name on a sign. Both airport transfers we made with China Car Service were awesome. The communication that they provide was reassuring that we were going to be well taken care of. They were definitely the best method of transportation that we found on our trip. Knowing that we had reliable transportation was such a relief. We will definitely use them on our next trip.

Excellent service Excellent service. I booked a cross-border transfer to Shenzhen for my parents from Hong Kong at the very last minute as my previous booking with another “premium” company (starts with Black, ends with Lane) was cancelled only 8hrs beforehand due to a “system error”. China car company were a little bit more expensive but worth it in my opinion as my parents arrived relaxed and refreshed without any hassle. Will definitely use again.

Reliable, good pricing, simple to contact I used them for airport pickups and dropoffs from hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai for my family of four. Arranged everything incl all inclusive payment (incl gratuity) on phone app, very simple and company reps contact immediately to confirm. Very nice Toyota Alphard luxury van. Driver was always prompt, always waiting for us early, courteous and most importantly, very safe in driving. Highly recommend using these drivers.
