Great Company!! I have had Rider insurance for 4 or 5 years now. The rates are good, and I like the fact that each policy comes with 8 thousand dollars of accessory coverage for your motorcycle. I have been very pleased with Rider and think they are a great company.

Rider custoomer since 1993… I have been with Rider since about 1993 and would never want to use another company for my bikes coverage. They have great rates and there has never been a time where I have needed to call and didn't get someone immediately on the phone. I like knowing the company covering my motorcycles ONLY deals with riders, and I appreciate that they don't spend all their money on millions of TV commercials nobody cares about!

Trust built on experience I ride a Can Am Spyder RT Limited, have had no accidents or claims filed, but feel confident that I would receive excellent service. My opinion and trust in Rider Insurance Co. is based on very fine treatment many years ago when my 2-wheel touring bike slipped on gravel in a very twisty curve on a rural country road and went off the mountainside. Fortunately I bailed at the top and was not injured, but bike was totaled and fully covered and replaced by Rider Insurance with no increase in annual premiums!

Rider is my go-to place for MC Insurance. I have been with Rider Insurance since 2013 and, while I haven't had to file a claim, I always comparison shop and call Rider to review my policy... And I have renewed for six years now. Great people to work with, never had trouble contacting them, and always feel welcomed when I call.

insurance went up ..almost $100.00 and … insurance went up ..almost $100.00 and bike is a year older and im 50 and no tickets or accident.. Insurance should go down not up .. could not get an explanation from, rep.. Bait and switch feels like .. Last year cheaper and then you become customer and raise your ratte?
