GBinsurance went up ..almost $100.00 and … insurance went up ..almost $100.00 and bike is a year older and im 50 and no tickets or accident.. Insurance should go down not up .. could not get an explanation from, rep.. Bait and switch feels like .. Last year cheaper and then you become customer and raise your ratte?

GBI started with Rider back in 1976 when … I started with Rider back in 1976 when they served only New Jersey riders. Several times since then I've checked rates with other insurers and have stayed with Rider for 41 years now. I had only one occasion to file a claim and Rider cold not have been more cooperative - painless even! Rider meets all my needs!

GBRider custoomer since 1993… I have been with Rider since about 1993 and would never want to use another company for my bikes coverage. They have great rates and there has never been a time where I have needed to call and didn't get someone immediately on the phone. I like knowing the company covering my motorcycles ONLY deals with riders, and I appreciate that they don't spend all their money on millions of TV commercials nobody cares about!

GBGreat Company!! I have had Rider insurance for 4 or 5 years now. The rates are good, and I like the fact that each policy comes with 8 thousand dollars of accessory coverage for your motorcycle. I have been very pleased with Rider and think they are a great company.

GBBecause There Just Isn't a Better Motorcycle Ins. Co. Out There Been insuring through Rider since the days when you would go to Mr. Bleiwise's house on Green Lane and sit on his couch in the living room while he determined and explained the insurance needed. He would go to another room and print out the insurance card. Give him a check, a little chit chat and away you went. Continued when the company moved to Morris Avenue in Union and still with Rider in Springfield. How do you keep customers coming back since 1974? Great customer service and products. There have been times when my motorcycle policy renewal slips my mind but someone at Rider would call and remind me and I could take care of everything over the phone. Now I get reminders in e-mail. I recommend Rider to all new riders because there just aren't any better deals out there. Keep up the great work.
