Initially we gave up with the setup as… Initially we gave up with the setup as the simultaneous setup of 2 collars caused them to clash rendering both unresponsive. However, last week when one cat ended up in a police station we decided to persevere with a single setup. Although initially OK, less than 24 hours later our cat managed to free himself of the collar; despite being a large it felt small. The final insult is that the GPS doesn't update so we can't even locate it.

Don't buy from PawTrack Don't buy from PawTrack unless you are happy for payments to be taken from your account repeatedly and fraudulently. I purchased a collar for my cat which did not work at all so I returned it and PawTrack acknowledged this but that have continued to debit my card. The fraud team at Barclycard are pursing my dispute.

Perfect GPS for cats The GPS system is the perfect size for cats - our english shorthair is not bothered by the collar at all. It is easy to recharge (with two batteries you can swap between one empty and one charged) and adjustable to fit small necks. Only once she got stuck with it on branch - she escaped easily and we found it based on the last GPS marker. Customer service is quick to respond to questions and helpful. Sometime the GPS doesn't locate first time but with a bit of patience it connects. We have been using this GPS for over a year now and would recommend the service.

How do you stop Pawtrack from taking… How do you stop Pawtrack from taking recurring payments? I have emailed them and tried to contact them. They don’t even have a website, product or service. How is this legal?

Hope this helps others… My last experience dates back to December 2023 when more money was taken from my account even though I'd given Pawtrack three months notice to end the contract. The only way you can stop money being taken is to contact you bank's Dispute Dept and get them to Blacklist the company on your account. It helps if you've kept a copy of the email giving them notice and you can let the bank have that. At the very least you should go through the giving of notice process so you are armed with that for the next time money is taken and there will be a next time unless your card Expires naturally. My bank actually got my money back just before Christmas. I hope this review helps others.
