Good customer service, good product, so so shipping. Very happy with the customer service and the product. I was told that since I am relatively close my order would probably come sooner than later. Instead, it came on business day 5 of 2-5 business day shipping. Also, the box arrived fairly badly damaged.

I never could follow the tracking on… I never could follow the tracking on this item, but I got it faster than I thought I would! Ridgeline New Spark Plugs Ordered new spark plugs for a 2014 ridgeline. They arrived in 3 days. Put them in, worked fine. Took about an hour. Saved $350 by doing the job myself compared to the dealership. Will definitely purchase items again from the website, which was easy to navigate.
