GBYour customer service really sucks at… Your customer service really sucks at 1auto. Your website search engine for specific car parts cost me 50 dollars in shipping. Your search engine does not provide an option to purchase engine specific parts. Now that I know that the 3 mysterious lines represent an option to filter results according to engine size according to your customer care representative. Maybe you guys should follow autozone where in the first place to search for parts on a vehicle they give you the year make and model and engine size to choose from in the first place. I was told "I'm sorry to hear that" by your customer representatives with no options or anything to make the situation right.

GBExcellent customer service and warranty I decided to purchase front end struts for my 2015 Yukon Denali from A1 Auto after having searched many different places. When my mechanic installed them, the truck didn’t sit correctly and was very rough riding. I contacted A1 Auto and on recommendation from my mechanic, they honored the warranty without any issue and sent new struts right away. The replacement struts worked perfectly so far and my truck is riding super smooth. Very nice and professional staff at A1 Auto and they didn’t give me any problems. I was so grateful for a great experience!!

GBIn and out I definitely like the no wait time, at least in my experience I haven't had to wait more then a minute. Quick n easy in and out. For the I like that direct and straight to point. No machine asking questions or nothing I talk with a person directly on the first pick up and dive right into my question. Get the info I need to make sure the part is correct for my car and I'm out in 5 minutes. This is the only reason I order from 1A auto.

GBBest customer service ever. I had been very happy with the prices and shipping of the parts for my truck. When we came to install the new oxygen sensors, it wasn't clear which ones were the upstreams and which the downstreams. I called 1AAuto hoping they could help, and quickly got through to an associate who understood the problem, and was able to look up the answer in about 10 seconds.
