In and out I definitely like the no wait time, at least in my experience I haven't had to wait more then a minute. Quick n easy in and out. For the I like that direct and straight to point. No machine asking questions or nothing I talk with a person directly on the first pick up and dive right into my question. Get the info I need to make sure the part is correct for my car and I'm out in 5 minutes. This is the only reason I order from 1A auto.
