I had an issue with making a payment… I had an issue with making a payment through the 1AAuto app. I called the company and the employee I talked to took care of the issue and got me the parts I needed to get the job done.

1AAuto, a preferred supplier 1AAuto is one of my prefered suppliers. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order because the cost of expedited freight was too much and I needed the parts within two days. Local stores were expensive but parts were readily available. If I had ordered a week ahead, 1AAuto would have been my go to.

The lady who answered the phone was very respectful and polite, was able to resolve my issue with no hesitation after asking a couple routine questions and problem solved.
