Called 1A auto and they didn't hesitate to send a replacement but a few hours later my mailman brought it to my door. He had found it a few miles away at another location.

The lady who answered the phone was very respectful and polite, was able to resolve my issue with no hesitation after asking a couple routine questions and problem solved. I had an issue with making a payment… I had an issue with making a payment through the 1AAuto app. I called the company and the employee I talked to took care of the issue and got me the parts I needed to get the job done.

The reps are lying to your customers… The reps are lying to your customers about shipping. I was told my order would ship out the day after I placed the order and I would receive my order on the date that I was expecting to see my order. The order DID NOT ship and what I will have now, it I placed my order on a Monday and will not receive it until Friday. 1AAUTO's service has fallen off drastically. I guess it time to start looking for another supplier of auto parts.
