Seeing as though my last review was… Seeing as though my last review was removed; wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. Brilliant sales, but after care is shocking and they don’t carry out agreed work before you collect the car. Was told our car would receive a service before collection, didn’t happen. Gave them chance to rectify to be told ‘we wouldn’t have agreed to a service’. Car had to be cleaned infront of us upon collection because the valet team had done such a poor job. Car required a new front grill which was also not sorted for collection day. Avoid like the plague

Excellent customer service I recently bought a used mini from Sandal MINI Huddersfield. We were looked after throughout the process by Ethan who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The handover was a delight. I absolutely love my car and I recommend anyone considering buying a Mini to give Sandal MINI Huddersfield a visit.

Great end to end experience This is the second Mini I’ve bought from Sandal Huddersfield. First in 2019, second February 2024. On both occasions, what I found refreshing (after buying many cars over the years) is that the sales team are not pushy at all. Dec, who sold me my latest mini, was so friendly and helpful, answering my queries quickly and professionally. Absolute credit to the sales team. Well done Sandal Mini. I’ll no doubt be back!
