GB10 OUT OF 10 FOR FRAN! Purchased my new MINI today and am delighted with it and with the service I received. Fran and Chris were extremely helpful and made everything really simple for me. Car looked beautiful with my big red bow on front and it felt really special. Hand over was excellent, Fran made sure I was totally happy with everything before I left. GBPerfect experience from start to finish I recently purchased my 2022 MINI Hatch JCW from Sandal. This was a long distance purchase as I live in Belfast and the car was in Huddersfield. Alex went the extra mile for me as he appreciated that I had to travel for my purchase. I was sent a very clear video outlining all aspects of the car and he also made sure that finance was sorted without delay so that I could leave on time for my ferry home. Alex kept me updated at every stage of the purchase and has followed up with me to make sure I’m completely happy with my new purchase. They made the buying process very simple and stress free. From ringing up to driving the car out of the lot, the whole experience was friendly, patient and compassionate. The process is really straightforward and well organised, people go out of their way to be helpful and are aware it is a big decision.
