What a great experience What a great experience. Dec was knowledgeable about all the different Mini’s. He matched my needs to the best vehicle for me, taking into account budget and what I need a car for and the sort of driving I’d be doing, urban/ rural. Dec worked really hard to ensure all my requests and requirements were met. The pick up day was very exciting and Dec was there to welcome me. We did a check of the vehicle to ensure it was what I expected. Then Dec sat with me and talked me through all the tech, in car as well as the Mini app, that was available. Getting me set up so the Mini was to my specifications. What a marvellous experience with Dec at Sandal Mini Huddersfield. Apart from Dec’s wonderful service. There was a warm greeting from reception staff and plenty of refreshments on offer. I certainly enjoyed the drinks and biscuits on offer. I also met Ange and truly nothing was too much trouble for Dec and Ange. Any problems or questions just to give them a call. Such great reassurance that I can call and ask questions as I need to, that’s great after sales service. Would highly recommend Sandal Mini Huddersfield.

Great end to end experience This is the second Mini I’ve bought from Sandal Huddersfield. First in 2019, second February 2024. On both occasions, what I found refreshing (after buying many cars over the years) is that the sales team are not pushy at all. Dec, who sold me my latest mini, was so friendly and helpful, answering my queries quickly and professionally. Absolute credit to the sales team. Well done Sandal Mini. I’ll no doubt be back!
