Actually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

I've never used a service like this… I've never used a service like this before, so was a bit nervous that the driver would not show since a storm was scheduled. To my delight, he was there waiting for me and drove me from JFK to BDL in a snowstorm! He didn't drive fast to just get the ride done, but took his time which was appreciated since the roads were very bad! I would definitely recommend your service to others.

Amazing service! Being a very anxious traveller I knew if I got my airport to hotel transfer wrong it would have spoilt my break so I booked Luxor Limo's meet and greet service. After a very early start in the UK followed by an 8 hour flight to Newark it was great to receive the text advising that our driver was onsite. Chun was a very welcome sight as we exited customs as he took my case and lead us to the car. Beautiful luxurious car, complimentary drinks which were gratefully received and Chun was extremely courteous and polite. All this made for a lovely relaxing ride into New York allowing us to take in the sights en route. Can't recommend you enough, if you want that little bit of luxury to enhance your New York break you need to book Luxor Limo. Thank you for getting our break off to the best possible start 😄

Going towards wrong airport When called to adjust the pick up time the company rep insisted that we changed and address and wanted to charge additional money. When the driver picked up passengers, he took them to NY instead and had to turn around to get back to New Jersey Newark airport. Did the driver not check the order, they have folks entering the flight number and airport, no excuse for talking people to the wrong airport.

We were impressed by the service, drivers and way Luxor Limo verified everything with us before the trip and put us in direct touch with both drivers. The drivers were professional and pleasant.
