I went for the install! I went for the install at the Chsndler location both technician and front desk gentleman’s were very helpful. Explain the process in detail got the installation process and educational guide. They answered all my questions I had. Only problem was the customer service person gave me the wrong $amount that I should be paying so that was unexpected. Otherwise Everything else is good so far on my visit.

Sonja’s Smile Well I can’t say I’m happy to have a breathalyzer in my car but I am happy with QuickStart Interlock. The entire staff in Tempe are awesome. I’ve unfortunately had mine going on 3 years now so they’re like family now. I happen to be from Philadelphia and I believe 2-3 of the employees are also from Philadelphia. My favorite staff member from day 1 has been Sonja. She gets the job done and does it with her beautiful smile. I appreciate the entire staff for being helpful and friendly every single time I come in. I’m excited to get the blower out of my car but sad I won’t be seeing the staff for my monthly visit. I was holding off on writing a review… I was holding off on writing a review until after my installation appt. First off, scheduling with Tawana was by far the best experience I have encountered. She was kind, patient, understanding and provided me with so many options that suited my time and location. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her. For the installation itself, I was at the North Phoenix location and from start to finish was a breeze. The employees were kind and timely. We shared stories about our families while I waited and there zero judgement. Fingers crossed the duration of my period goes just as smoothly but thank you to all involved helping me get back on the road.

Come over to West PHX Interlock The West PHX location of QuickStart is pretty amazing! This team is easy and they take good care of the members. Even without an appointment they always squeeze me in, especially when I have issues (which happens). It pays to have the insurance plan because my device broke and they have replaced it for free. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to get an Ignition Interlock Device to come here. Se habla español. ;)
