GBTwo years and no replacement parts, yet. My first EB5 Pro has lasted for two years and I ride it at least 5 days of the week. I live in St. Louis and (against recommendations) rode it all through the last two winters to get to work. I'm about 220 lbs, so I check the tire pressure often. I purchased a third party cargo rack and baskets for grocery shopping and I only drive my car if my trip is longer than 9 miles. I love the option of pedal assist or just using the throttle. I bought a second one as a gift for a relative and I trust it'll serve them well.

GBThe customer service phone number is… The customer service phone number is really hard to find. When you do funds it and call it, no one ever answers. The customer service associates available by email aren't able to give me details about the warranty they sell. They sent willing to connect me with anyone who can answer questions about it.
