What a Scam! My son saved his money for months to purchase a hoverboard. When we received it, it ran for about five minutes before it broke - we did nothing to it. I have tried to contact Swagtron multiple times to discuss a return of the item or repair. They have not responded to a single email. Never answer the phone. I have filled out the required forms online for a return. and NOTHING. They have not tried to reach out in any way. This is a total scam and now my poor son, who saved for months, is out $350!

I like how all of the electric scooters… I like how all of the electric scooters have consistent information provided to compare between scooters. It's also great that they have an option to buy a refurbished scooter at a lower price, since I am poor.

Great website, not so great partner... I had no issues moving throughout the website, it is well designed and very thought out. The only issue i encountered was with Affirm. After informing me i was qualified for a certain amount, they're site was unable to to retain the necessary documents to complete my transaction. It would have been very helpful to be able to complete this payment over a few months instead of all at once and being pre-qualified got my hopes up but, that's the way it goes, i suppose.
