The bike arrived as expected The bike arrived as expected. Deadline and conditions were met. But that's just the store's obligation. The product is good (not exceptional, though). Any extra you may need, forget it. They offer no post-selles assistance, no support, no partners to help you with whatever you may need. Be sure you will find maintenance in your city before buying a white elephant. I'm waiting for parts (new tyres) for over 6 months which makes me wonder about their "2-year warranty".

Model 21 I ordered the model 21 thinking it would be the better bike compared to the 18. But it turns out not to be' missing most of the accessories that the 18 has. However I must clarify that the bike itself is brilliant. My only negative is that there is so little help and advice out there to deal with maintenance. And the manual doesn't match the exact bike I have. I have clocked up 320 miles in 3 weeks and apart from a puncture no issues so far. Thanks for the excellent communication and customer service.

Great bikes, website has good info The site has loads of information about the bikes, and the purchase experience was pretty easy and straightforward. The bike (Model 30 Roma) is really good and no problems with it at all. If I would make one suggestion, it's to make it much clearer on the website, that the bike needs registered with the DVLA when you get it, this isn't done for you and can take up to 6 weeks to be done, although mine only took 2.5 weeks. It was disappointing that the bike arrived and I couldn't ride it straight away ( I suppose you could if you had private land, but I don't)

not fit for purpose Bike incapable of doing more than 37 miles/hr with an average top speed of 32 miles/hr. Maximum range 40 miles. The product purchased was marketed as capable of achieving 50 miles/hr and a range of between 80 to 100 miles. Serious misleading and misinformation to sale a product that the manufacturer states it's not worth more than £500 in total value. Update: This post is a valid review notwithstanding claims of legal actions. When this review was made no legal action was in effect. I stand corrected and this is a valid review.

Dishonest Ebayers Proper thieves.. Takes money without caring.. Product is not what they say... .wrong product , threatened with legal action because they did not deliver $250 of product I payed for. Very excited to be taking them to the legal courts of Australia...still wIting for the legal teams response of course..very dodgy tradrmets # never buy from them.. Will see Your business in court. SO MANY $$$$ for emotional abuse and false allegations...get your legal team to look Tmat that...lol I AM COMMING....REFUND ME
