great quality bike Although, Ken has had some issues with delay due to supply chain (seems to be common at the moment for a raft of industries), he contacted me to offer up an alternative solution, which worked for both of us. Bike was delivered fairly fast…..but ! Bike was delivered fairly fast…..but ! No instructions how to undo seat, where to find charger or wing mirrors, bolts missing and loose on the panels, right brake cluster loose, and rear mud guard all bent up. Ordered what looks like a rear plate stating the bike is legal etc but when it arrived i after another phone call wish i saved £15.00 as its about 5” square bit of trafalyt/plastic Last of all we sent several e mails to Ken asking him to clarify the law/s mainly the twist and go laws but he gave up replying in the end and did not seem that bothered not really what you would expect in after sales but thankfully we have trust pilot to help filter out the un helpful don't care company’s next time Tim Ken listen respond and act ……

I have owned my e15 for approx two and… I have owned my e15 for approx two and a half years and have enjoyed it since day one. The speed produced by effortless pedalling is exhilerating and the machine copes with a range of surfaces though it is primarily a bike for the tarmac! It also deals well with hills and there are some awesome ones on the edge of exmoor where i live. But the bike remains undefeated. Its also a safe well balanced ride. I took advantage of ERiders lease deal which i havent found available anywhere else. Ive needed a couple of spare parts, nothing major but ken and the team have been very helpful in that regard. I would recommend the product and the company.

BUYER BEWARE Item did not arrive. This was for a bike that cost £1795. Very poor communication and customer service. Never returned a phone call and only replied to 1 email with a very vague answer blaming the courier. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. BUYER BEWARE.
