GBAfter 18 months....owner of a Roma 30 … I write this as an owner of a Roma 30 bought 18 months ago. The bike and the tech are great.... I love it. However, customer service which others have commented on is largely accurate. I had an issue with my charger and an incorrect one sent. The emails from a certain individual are disrespectful borderline rude and obnoxious. I'm a fan of Erider and their products, I promote them to many as my bike gets a fair amount of attention. I'm sure Ken has worked very hard to build this firm. But 1-2 need training in customer services.

GBSpot on Spot on. Done a great deal of research into an electic bike and the erider 18 in my opinion ticks all the boxes. Pedalling gets you up to 25mph which is more than enough to keep up with town traffic. The seat is the moped type so really nice and comfy. Another bonus is the lights, no messing about loking for batteries. Mine is used for a 14 mile round trip commute so it is put onto charge each night and as yet the battery indicator has not gone below 3 bars

GBI had problems with the stand. It collapsed, bad design. I got it welded OK. I had problems with the stand. It collapsed. I got it welded OK. There are questions about legality of E-Rider on the road which is worrying. Extra info. Assembled OK, Rides lovely although a bit fierce at start up. Ideal for my step daughter and her 5 year old son because she has not got a driving licence. Takes him everywhere locally. One regret- the pedal and the foot rest clash It is a pity that the foot rest is not away from the pedal. One other thought for a future design change, add a small compartment underneath for a GPS TRACKER with maybe a USB charge point - but conspicuous. Saves me having to continually fiddle around to get at it for charging etc.

GBThe bike arrived as expected The bike arrived as expected. Deadline and conditions were met. But that's just the store's obligation. The product is good (not exceptional, though). Any extra you may need, forget it. They offer no post-selles assistance, no support, no partners to help you with whatever you may need. Be sure you will find maintenance in your city before buying a white elephant. I'm waiting for parts (new tyres) for over 6 months which makes me wonder about their "2-year warranty".

GBScooter arrived bright and early & on… Scooter arrived bright and early & on time. My wife has already clocked up just over 100km & she absolutely loves it. People stop and look and ask questions when ever she's out & about. The build quality appears to be very good & power delivery is smooth and quickly gets up to full speed. The whole purchase experience was very good with frequent updates. Many thanks Tun and Alan Pratley (Moreton in Marsh)
