I haven't received the bike yet I haven't received the bike yet, the company are kindly keeping it for me til nearer Christmas, it's a surprise & I lack storage to keep it hidden. For customer service I can't fault them, they've gone above & beyond for me. I will update once we have the bike & can give an honest review. 5 stars for helpfulness though!

Scooter arrived bright and early & on… Scooter arrived bright and early & on time. My wife has already clocked up just over 100km & she absolutely loves it. People stop and look and ask questions when ever she's out & about. The build quality appears to be very good & power delivery is smooth and quickly gets up to full speed. Great bike, excellent service Great bike, Model 30 Roma. Nippy and stylish. Very well built with quality components. ERider customer service and attention is excellent. Imogen and Ken are very helpful and respond very quickly to queries. I opted to lease the scooter where it becomes mine after 2 years. Very simple no faff application process. Overall delighted with both the bike and the company.

The bike arrived as expected The bike arrived as expected. Deadline and conditions were met. But that's just the store's obligation. The product is good (not exceptional, though). Any extra you may need, forget it. They offer no post-selles assistance, no support, no partners to help you with whatever you may need. Be sure you will find maintenance in your city before buying a white elephant. I'm waiting for parts (new tyres) for over 6 months which makes me wonder about their "2-year warranty".

BUYER BEWARE Item did not arrive. This was for a bike that cost £1795. Very poor communication and customer service. Never returned a phone call and only replied to 1 email with a very vague answer blaming the courier. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. BUYER BEWARE.
