Love them I've recently had the privilege to trade in my first car and upgrade to a newer one. Barry my account manager is probably the best account manager a person can ask for, he has gone above and beyond to fix my account and assist. Joanna the sales rep stayed late and stayed calm to help me upgrade and Sandy man I can't say enough about her, she is so special and kind and calming. I would reccomend this company hands down

I feel pretty good about my experience… I feel pretty good about my experience with CarHop. It took longer than i had hoped, but Jason stayed late to help me and a hand full of other people get into a car. Unfortunately, the car i chose had some transmission issues, but i was able to trade it for another one a few days later, and so far this one seems solid.

Great customer service This is our 3rd time going to carhop to get another car in Hayward and Megan never disappoint my husband and I when it comes to getting cars. The service was great and Megan helped us get another car today and we are very happy and I'm glad that we got another car. Very happy with the customer service and once again thank you Megan!

If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would! HORRIBLE! I first got a car from carhop in 2021, it was great, not a problem. I went back when I decided to upgrade as advertised! It was good at first…..I decided to take the car on a road trip. It broke down, the engine, $3919 later, out of pocket I was back on the road with NO help from Carhop. Now the front end is having problems, the alternator is going out, the sunroof doesn’t work, which they didn’t even test! I found out it didn’t work in the car wash! When I contacted the Ft. Collins dealership where I got it, I was told to take it to a shop completely out of my way even though I asked for a local shop number! I’ve already put a ton of money into fixing it and now I have to take more time and money to have it looked at again! Out of pocket! Then pay to have it fixed till I meet the 250 deductible! At this point I have put more money into repairs than I even paid on it. I asked to take back the car and get into something that wasn’t breaking down, I was told no. They’ll take back the car but not give me a replacement!! I will never use CarHop again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows that it’s a rip off!
