If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would! HORRIBLE! I first got a car from carhop in 2021, it was great, not a problem. I went back when I decided to upgrade as advertised! It was good at first…..I decided to take the car on a road trip. It broke down, the engine, $3919 later, out of pocket I was back on the road with NO help from Carhop. Now the front end is having problems, the alternator is going out, the sunroof doesn’t work, which they didn’t even test! I found out it didn’t work in the car wash! When I contacted the Ft. Collins dealership where I got it, I was told to take it to a shop completely out of my way even though I asked for a local shop number! I’ve already put a ton of money into fixing it and now I have to take more time and money to have it looked at again! Out of pocket! Then pay to have it fixed till I meet the 250 deductible! At this point I have put more money into repairs than I even paid on it. I asked to take back the car and get into something that wasn’t breaking down, I was told no. They’ll take back the car but not give me a replacement!! I will never use CarHop again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows that it’s a rip off!

My experience with carhop today was… stellar My experience with carhop today was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I was able to get approved with a great rate and drive my new SUV today. Phil at the Pueblo location was an awesome salesman and worked the deal as quickly as possible and made every effort to get the job done. Thanks for a great experience Phil!

First I would like say thanks to carhop… First I would like say thanks to carhop for putting a engine in my 2014 chevy equinox didn't know what I was going to do. Kelly and Nicole of Maplewood mn, were very helpful and getting me back rolling🫠 my car is now riding pretty good, thanks alot

Love them I've recently had the privilege to trade in my first car and upgrade to a newer one. Barry my account manager is probably the best account manager a person can ask for, he has gone above and beyond to fix my account and assist. Joanna the sales rep stayed late and stayed calm to help me upgrade and Sandy man I can't say enough about her, she is so special and kind and calming. I would reccomend this company hands down

The absolute worst dealership ever!!! They prey on people with bad credit and then charge 3x market value for their junk vehicles. The sales staff and management pressure you into leaving a great review for them before you even leave the dealership. They sold me a 2005 trailblazer that kbbs for about 2500 for over $10000 once the payments have been made and its had nothing but problems all of which are not covered by their worthless warranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
