The best place to get a car I bought a car here a year ago and then I traded that in this year for another car and they are so professional and helpful and all around a great place to buy a car! I've referred a friend here and she got a car here as well so I will refer people here is they are looking for a good place to buy one!

The absolute worst dealership ever!!! They prey on people with bad credit and then charge 3x market value for their junk vehicles. The sales staff and management pressure you into leaving a great review for them before you even leave the dealership. They sold me a 2005 trailblazer that kbbs for about 2500 for over $10000 once the payments have been made and its had nothing but problems all of which are not covered by their worthless warranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

I feel pretty good about my experience… I feel pretty good about my experience with CarHop. It took longer than i had hoped, but Jason stayed late to help me and a hand full of other people get into a car. Unfortunately, the car i chose had some transmission issues, but i was able to trade it for another one a few days later, and so far this one seems solid.

Great customer service This is our 3rd time going to carhop to get another car in Hayward and Megan never disappoint my husband and I when it comes to getting cars. The service was great and Megan helped us get another car today and we are very happy and I'm glad that we got another car. Very happy with the customer service and once again thank you Megan!

We bought car through them and 2 hours… We bought car through them and 2 hours after we had it the check engine light came on. I've been working with them for over a week and they are not responding to me request to have the car fixed.Took the car to my mechanic and it has bad back struts and is misfiring. Which that being said I don't believe that the car inspection was done properly or even done at all. They are giving me the go around and the warranty only covering certain things. The person told me that he did not believe the problem was covered in the warranty package. I would not recommend buying a car for them to anyone.
