GBOLD BAIT AND SWITCH The website made it seem like the item I was purchasing was exactly what I needed but when I received it, it was not what I thought. Buyer beware!

ITGreat team One of the two places on this earth that I trust to do my repair/maintenance work when I just can't find the time to do it myself. The other place is my garage. I also have used them for everything from apparel to impossible to find parts for my Harleys going on a few years now. They've always done right by me on any minor confusions, even when it was mine, and have excellent knowledgeable staff to pick up the horn and understands customer service. I recommend them emphatically.

GBauthoirize.net called in an order and the authorization company were being asses. Tom helped me out, fighting the good fight with the agency. I prefer to talk to people, like Tom, when he ran my card, the agency didn't like that numbers were typed in instead of the card being swiped. they even mentioned how I don't have many social accounts associated with the card. Yes they do that, verify your credit card by your facebook and other account, well I'm not a teenager or full of myself so I don't have a facebook. Tom got me what I needed and a discount on my next purchase. F*** that CC authorization company though.

GBVery expensive shipping Glad to find this dash panel insert and didn't mind the 12 dollar plus price, but I feel the 9 dollar shipping charge was excessive. They could have just put it in a stamped envelope and mailed it to me for less than a buck

GBfinding parts When on your site, I wasn't seeing any readily available way of identifying parts by make, model, and year. I looked up some oil filters by just guessing at the SKU # but I still had to email customer service to confirm. I'm the kind of guy that knows what I need and normally I don't want to talk to somebody and ask them, I just want to look my stuff up and checkout. Occasionally I might have a question, but as long as I've been doing this, there's not much I don't know about the HD big twins, and there's few guys out there that can tell me what I don't know, most of them will just be looking off of a screen, and that I don't need. If there's something here I'm missing please tell me.
