La empresa es de unos rusos, el servicio y atención la cliente es fatal, su publicidad es engañosa, solicite un carro sedan y me entregaron hatchback. En el caso mio, usaron la información de mi tarjeta de crédito para hacer cobros no aprobados. El proceso de reclamación fue desgastante, incomodo y lento. Tengan mucho cuidado. NEGATIVE Rating I do not recommend at all to hire any type of service with ZIG ZAG RENT A CAR. The company is about Russians, the service and attention the customer is fatal, their advertising is misleading, I requested a sedan car and they handed me a hatchback. In my case, they used my credit card information to make unapproved charges. The claim process was exhausting, uncomfortable and slow. Be very careful.

Really good and helpful stuff working… Really good and helpful stuff working there, i am mother of 2 kids, so their employees helped me with everything, bags, car seat and etc. Got a really nice and new van Caravan, price and car were perfect, thanks guys

Horrible service Horrible service. Returning to Brazil, it was charged US$ 400,00 from the credit card. According to the Zig Zag it was regarding transit tickets. It was charged another US$ 2.500,00 regarding a damage. They didn’t send any budget to be analyzed and reimbursed 1.500,00. Totally without transparency. Regarding the tickets, they didn’t advise it was necessary to activate.

Fast and honest Pretty good company. John and Andrew those 2 guys definitely know they are doing, I got a Mustang from them, but a realize that I have a lot of stuff that I couldn’t fit. So they switch the car for another SUV with no additional charge at all or any stress.

I will keep renting from ZigZag I will keep renting from ZigZag! These guys try hard. With excellent customer service, friendly staff and clean well appointed vehicles. Very good experience.
