GBSuperior Customer Service! I recently ordered replacement headphones for my GMC Acadia since my children practically destroyed the ones that came with the car. The product I ordered were not the top of the line, but very good ones nonetheless. They worked great, but the padding on the earphones came off EXTREMELY easily, and were difficult to get back on without a struggle. I emailed the company just to let them know about the problem (not for any other reason). I thought they should know about the products they were selling. Not only did I get a quick professional response, but Adam sent me another set right away. It was wonderful to deal with a company that actually cared about satisfying a customer! I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again in the future.

GBOutrageous Customer Service One pair of headphones did not work properly so I emailed Audiovideo2go. Within minutes I got a reply. Adam in customer service was so friendly and helpful and promised to send another pair right away. I got a notice from him when they were shipped the next day! So often customer service is helpful on the purchase side of things but not so helpful on the return side. Not the case at AudioVideo2Go. Very impressive! And the headphones are awesome!!

GBDid not get what I ordered However after speaking with them they right away fixed the issue and took care of my needs in a speedy fashion. Decent fix for the problem. They could however come up with some way to speak to their customers !!!!!

GBReceived expired emergency tire repair kit. Ordered an emergency tire repair kit for 2017 Ford CMax car. It came in a timely manner; however the expiration date on the hole-sealing epoxy in the kit expires in Sep 2020; according to owner's manual, if I use kit with expired sealant, tire warranty voided. So, I essentially wasted $70
