Outrageous Customer Service One pair of headphones did not work properly so I emailed Audiovideo2go. Within minutes I got a reply. Adam in customer service was so friendly and helpful and promised to send another pair right away. I got a notice from him when they were shipped the next day! So often customer service is helpful on the purchase side of things but not so helpful on the return side. Not the case at AudioVideo2Go. Very impressive! And the headphones are awesome!!

HOLY COW HOLY COW! Best customer service EVER! I had an issue with what I ordered and the company responded immediately and is sending NEW ones! I was floored by their kindness and willingness to fix it ASAP.
