GBOutrageous Customer Service One pair of headphones did not work properly so I emailed Audiovideo2go. Within minutes I got a reply. Adam in customer service was so friendly and helpful and promised to send another pair right away. I got a notice from him when they were shipped the next day! So often customer service is helpful on the purchase side of things but not so helpful on the return side. Not the case at AudioVideo2Go. Very impressive! And the headphones are awesome!!

GB2017 Chevy Suburban Headphones Adam was so helpful when I was trying to find headphones for my 2017 Suburban. He explained the reason why the headphones from my old Suburban would not work in my new Suburban. He even sent me a link for the headphones to buy. What a great experience!!

GBAbsolutely the best customer service of any company. When there was a problem getting the product I needed, overnighted…Adam personally took the package to the FedEx distribution center. AND, didn't charge extra for the overnight service. I would definitely recommend this site. You won't be sorry.

GBExcellent! I was looking for replacement parts for high end headphones. When the package arrived (ahead of schedule) I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. It wasn't an expensive item, so when I heard from Adam at the company, I was very surprised. He took the trouble to make sure that I received the correct part. I ordered head phones for my new (used) Expedition that were not there we we bought it last week.I ordered them early Monday morning Free shipping 5-9 days, I received them in two days. Free shipping and all . I was so impressed that I will recommend them to friends and family. I would recommend them to everyone. This is how it should be buying online.
