I had to get headphones and a remote for my later model minivan as the dealership did not get them back from the previous owner. This would have been a horribly expensive purchase through the dealership. However, Audiovideo2go not only had the model I needed but the price was very reasonable. Here is where they were above and beyond. One of the headphones had a problem that they would not have know about prior to shipping.
