GBOrdered a starter kit for Skidoo etec… Ordered a starter kit for Skidoo etec on 3 November. order number # 11-4708788. Delivery date of January 24th, 2023. Three months waiting period. Would appreciate updates every now and then. Takes forever to ship

GBBe patient, fantastic parts diagrams! So the lead time on parts to process is slightly misleading BUT think about where they might all come from first before complaining or ordering. In the checkout people have the option to ship what's in stock first or wait until everything is together. I've never had an issue as of yet and that's why I keep returning to partzilla. Not only do they have some of the best diagrams with part numbers but I'd say 80% in stock for my applications so far and shipping is still fast.

GBI ordered parts for my Seadoo on… I ordered parts for my Seadoo on 3/22/24. I was nervous because of some of the reviews and called them to cancel my order. The lady I spoke to said many of the bad reviews are due to back ordered items which they can’t help. I asked her to keep the order since all my items showed in stock. 3/25/24 all 3 items were on my porch and they were OeM original items. I have no complaints for Partzilla. Customer service was great, delivery was quick and items were perfect!!

GBGood prices, good service, good pre and post sales support I have placed several orders with Partzilla. Prices were very good and delivery was as stated when I ordered. When I placed an "out of stock order", I was advised before the order was transacted. The estimated in stock/forward shipment date was given and that's exactly how the backorder was filled and delivered. Typical time to ship a backorder is four days. I was able to qualify I was ordering the correct parts through chat, and the only time the support person was not certain, they connected me with tech product support. They may fill orders from a pool of suppliers and dealers, but they manage that well. They were able to find some OEM material I could not find elsewhere, promptly. Shipping and delivery is quick, a few days. Ford uses the same systems when parts are ordered. You place a parts order, and it is filled by any dealer in the country based on best delivery date. Can't see the problem if Partzilla does the same.
