Good prices, good service, good pre and post sales support I have placed several orders with Partzilla. Prices were very good and delivery was as stated when I ordered. When I placed an "out of stock order", I was advised before the order was transacted. The estimated in stock/forward shipment date was given and that's exactly how the backorder was filled and delivered. Typical time to ship a backorder is four days. I was able to qualify I was ordering the correct parts through chat, and the only time the support person was not certain, they connected me with tech product support. They may fill orders from a pool of suppliers and dealers, but they manage that well. They were able to find some OEM material I could not find elsewhere, promptly. Shipping and delivery is quick, a few days. Ford uses the same systems when parts are ordered. You place a parts order, and it is filled by any dealer in the country based on best delivery date. Can't see the problem if Partzilla does the same.

Do Not Believe Shipping Times Ships in 1-2 days means a shipping label will be created and sit in the warehouse for another 3 days. Parts ordered on April 23, no activity on “track your shipment” until April 29. These were in stock parts. May 02 and I am still waiting for parts.

Partzilla scammed on shipping! … Partzilla was able to get me the OEM parts that I was looking for. My problem is I paid extra for the expedited shipping, My order was late so I called UPS, they told me to take it up with Partzilla. I called Partzilla customer service and they told me that expedited shipping can actually take up to 5 days, even though the order clearly states two day shipping. Be wary when ordering, they do scam customers with shipping to make extra money. They should be investigated by the FTC for fraud!

Don't ship when promised Decent prices, but impossible to get product in a timely manner. Items state they ship in a couple of days but then a week later nothing has shipped and when you call in, they tell you they haven't received the parts yet.

Deceptive Company Deceptive Company! Parts are not in stock like they say. I have ordered many parts from this site and every time there is an issue. Shame on me. Customer service does not exist. Shipping is a scam. Pay for expedited and you get basic ground. Avoid this site at all costs!
