Alpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress...… Alpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress....all the same? I gave it one star because it's easy to book and use the website - trouble is it's not so easy after that. Twice now I have tried to get to or back from Les Contamines Montjoie - which is about 15 minutes passed St Gervais. Both time severe problems with Alpybus insisting they don't go there or making you wait 3+ hours for a transfer......so thats 5 hours to get to resort after landing.....,..... on the last occasion 22/03 they refused to come and get me. instead I had to get down to le fayet. I have an email indicating they will refund me the difference but nothing so far....terrible service terrible company. Avoid the shared transfers like the plague if you want reliability. Update as of 14/4/2024....still no refund or even any response....

Nothing Express, just Chambles Nothing Express, just Chambles...two and half hour wait at Geneva airport and then return pick up spent an hour driving round Morzine before being told would have to swap to a larger bus which would take another 45mins rendering making return flight impossible. Only one staff member, Howard, had sense to get small group onto an 8 seater which allowed us to make the flight. Thankyou Howard! Worst transfer experience in 40yrs.

Smooth experience! Everything perfect Great experience with Chamexpress! Very easy to find in the airport and the organization of the staff keeps you updated at all time. Very smooth ride with our driver Marzio who kept us entertained during the trip and was always updating us on the traffic situation as well as our ETA! 5⭐️

Special thanks to our driver Pedro who, after me phoning the main office number, drove back within 15 mins with my daughter’s cuddly toy after she left it on the bus. Many tears were saved due to this kind act 🙏

You get what you pay for Transfer from Geneva to Les Prodains and back. I echo other people’s experiences about timings. Text message 12 hours earlier changing all the timings. We were late leaving Geneva and stupidly early leaving Les Prodains (which was then followed by about an hour waiting to be moved from a minibus to a coach before actually setting off to Geneva). Drivers are friendly but this seems like the Ryanair of bus transfers. Absolutely avoid if timings are important to you, otherwise they’re kinda OK. Just about.
